A Holistic Nurse Practitioner and Functional Medicine Consultant who works with perimenopausal moms raising young kids especially the ones who are exhausted in a way sleep doesn’t fix.
After years of caring for women who were told their labs were “normal” and their symptoms were just part of motherhood or aging, I saw the same pattern over and over: women pushing through, managing symptoms, and quietly wondering why their bodies felt so off.
I founded CuraNova Holistics because moms deserve more than coping strategies.
My work focuses on helping women slow things down, understand what’s actually going on beneath the fatigue, and get steady support that fits real life — kids, schedules, interruptions and all. No pressure. No overwhelm. Just thoughtful, root-cause guidance that respects your body, your season, etc..
I’m not here to ask you to do more.
I’m here to help you feel like yourself again — present, clear, and supported even in the middle of motherhood.
